UPDATE
Oasis is no longer operating due to the actions of David Manz. Fred Richards initiated a lawsuit in an attempt to protect the interests of the limited partners, and while the Court found that the lawsuit was not frivolous, the Court also found that Fred Richards could not file a lawsuit on behalf of Oasis without David Manz' consent. Accordingly, after ten years of litigation, three weeks of trial, and great personal cost, the lawsuit was dismissed.
We apologize to our limited partners who, like us, believed the Oasis technology would improve lives.

The MPSF exploits

Construction and operation of MPSFs are similar to MSSFs with all
